Answer what you can and send it however suits you. The box at the foot of this page opens a message with the first line already written, so you can reply to it the way you would reply to anyone.

You do not need all of it. A short answer to the first three is enough to begin, and I write and fill in around whatever you send. Nobody has ever been held up by not having a brochure.

About you

1. Your business name, or your own if you trade under it.
2. What you do, in your words. The one thing you most want to sell, because the page is built around a single service rather than everything you offer.
3. Where you do it. The towns and areas you cover, not just the one you live in.
4. The contact details you want on the site: the number, the email address, and whether the number takes WhatsApp.

What makes people choose you

This is the part clients always want more of once they see the page, so it is worth a few minutes now.

5. Qualifications, training or trade memberships.
6. Insurance you hold, public liability included.
7. Certificates, licences or checks you have passed.
8. The products, machines or methods you use, if a customer would care.
9. How long you have been doing it.
10. Anything you do that the others near you do not.

What a customer wants to know before they ring

11. What actually happens, from the first call to the job being finished.
12. How long a typical job takes, and anything they need to do to get ready.
13. What you charge, or how you price it, if you are happy to say on the page.
14. Anything you get asked every single time.

What you already have

15. Photographs of your own work. Your own beat stock images every time, and a phone camera is fine.
16. A logo, if you have one, and any colours you already use.
17. Reviews you are proud of, and where they live so I can point at them.
18. Any social accounts you want linked.
19. A domain name, if you have already bought one. If you have not, that is inside the build.

What happens next

I read your answers and come back with designs, then the real page, then it goes live and is submitted to Google and Bing. Four steps, and after the first one you are reacting to things I put in front of you rather than making anything yourself.

£399 builds it. Then £50 a month, and it is looked after. Tardix is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to either figure. Asking costs nothing. The build is paid before the work starts, and if you change your mind before I have started, you get all of it back.
